HTC is one of the well
known name its collaboration with Phunk Studio has unrevealed 64 edition HTC One
M8 phones available only for the some selected markets. This studio is an art and
design group from Singapore and has very good track record in creative design.
It has nearly 20 years experience in this field. Phunk has worked with top
actors such as Rolling Stone, Levi’s, Magazine, Nike and MTV. The limited
edition of HTC One M8 series theme is known as the Wonderment with the phone obtainable
only in gold and silver versions.
The design of the phone
consists of the picture on the back of M8 surrounded with the HTC brand name
which look like a tattoo. The limited edition is revealed as preview what Phunk
can do with the new series coming in Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong.
The HTC’s Head of
Design Jonah Becker said that “PHUNK is a hugely talented collective of
designers and artists whose global perspective and attention to craft mirrors
our values on the HTC design team”. The group said that the inspiration comes
from interacting and travelling with local communities and knowing their
tradition and reading books, visiting libraries and museums. The design of HTC
somewhat reminds us about the Mayan and Chinese tattoo art.
Apart from the exterior
design HTC One M8 limited edition comes with the two custom wallpaper. But the
wallpaper is not as stunning as you can see the phone design but obviously need
a try. HTC is going the same as it did with the One Mini last year by
associating with David Koma for a limited edition device series. To line up HTC has teamed up with Singapore’s
Phunk Studios and unveiled the limited edition of One M8 that carries a very
innovative graph on it back. Asia and
Europe will be scattered if they will not find this device with them. Now Phunk
Studios has showcased this special model of the One M8 the upcoming exhibition
in Japan.
